Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our locally crafted blooms and home delivery.

Where do you source your flowers from?

We prioritize local sourcing by partnering with family-owned farms across the Midwest. This ensures your home is filled with the freshest seasonal blooms while supporting regional agriculture.

How does your delivery process work?

We offer hand-delivery via our own fleet of refrigerated vans to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

What is your return and satisfaction policy?

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will provide a replacement or store credit.

How can I make my bouquet last longer in my home?

To extend the life of your flowers, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle upon arrival, place them in cool water, and change the water every two days. Keep them away from direct sunlight and ripening fruit.

Does my purchase support a specific cause?

Yes! We donate 1/4 of our net profits to a different local charity each month. Your purchase helps provide essential services to community organizations in the cities we serve.

Can I schedule a recurring flower subscription?

Absolutely. We offer flexible subscription plans for your home or office. You can choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries and pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
